CORONOAVIRUS COVID-19 RESPONSE MESSAGE FROM BROWN BROS. CADILLAC
We know everyone is watching the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation closely as it continues to evolve.
We want to assure you that your safety is our top priority. But make no mistake … We are open for business and are here to safely provide you with all your automotive needs. All Brown Bros. departments are ready to safely serve you: New and Pre-Owned Sales, Service, Parts, and Body Shop -- all are available to you and are observing strict safetyprotocols I will detail below. Please call ahead for scheduling that will get you in and out swiftly.
In an effort to prioritize customer and employee safety, we are asking our employees to stay home if they are running a fever, are experiencing coughing, or sneezing; if they have been in contact with anyone who is ill they must notify us immediately.
Because we are in personal contact with the products we’re delivering to our customers, we are taking extensive precautions with mandatory and inspected frequent handwashing and sanitizing throughout the dealership.
Here is a more detailed list of our safety lock-down procedures:
First, we have contacted our cleaning supply company to verify their products are effective in killing COVID-19. We have been assured they are. Our cleaning staff is diligently supervised to ensure rigorous cleaning of our common areas and employee work areas every day. We have been assured that they are using the proper effective cleaners and are taking extra time each night to ensure a sanitized customer and working environment.
Second, we have stepped up our cleaning efforts on all loaner vehicles. We are taking extra time before each loaner goes out, and when each loaner is returned, to wipe down any and all surfaces with the proper cleaning agents to ensure your loaner is thoroughly sanitized. Please be aware this may result in strong cleaner smells when you first get in the car, but your safety is our priority.
Third, we have ensured all employees understand the proper information from the CDC (Center for Disease Control) on hand washing and social distancing, to ensure we are taking all the necessary precautions to protect both you and all our employees. Tip: When you come in, bring your own pen to use for signing documents; however, sanitized pens will also be available for you to use.
During this time, we recognize our customers may be anxious about going out in public. To make sure that you receive the automotive products and services you need, we are offering valet services. We will pick up your car and drop off a loaner at your home or place of business for all services/maintenance. If you are purchasing a new or used vehicle, we will bring you the vehicle to you to test drive, provide a trade evaluation, and complete all paperwork at your home or place of business. If you are a collision center customer, we can have your vehicle towed into our collision center and towed back to your home or place of business and -- we will pay for up to $75 of the tow bill regardless of the size of the repair.
We are closely monitoring updates from the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and the WHO (World Health Organization), regarding COVID-19. We will continue to seek guidance from these organizations and advance our procedures to institute the best available practices.
It is important to us that Brown Bros. continues to provide the quality service you have depended on for last 60 years. You can rest assured that we will continue to do this with the utmost passion and commitment to your safety during this uncertain and challenging time.
