Remote Access
If you have either a Remote Access Plan or Unlimited Access Plan subscription, you can use the myGMC app as a key fob, even if you are miles away. Through this feature, you can lock and unlock the doors, start and stop the engine, honk the horn, and flash the lights.
Valuable Information
Stay updated on your GMC’s status with the “Vehicle Status” feature in the app. Here you can check the fuel level, tire pressure of each tires, review your odometer, and even see the remaining oil life. You can also use the “Parked Location” button to remember where you parked. These features also require a subscription through the Remote Access Plan or Unlimited Access Plan.
Service Appointments
With just a few taps in a few seconds you can schedule your next service appointment for your GMC. Use the “Vehicle Service/Schedule and Manage Service” feature to choose your preferred dealership service location.
Connectivity
If you use the available 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, you can manage that hotspot through the myGMC app. You can review your data usage and change the hotspot’s name and password information. These changes will be mirrors in your GMC the next time you start the engine.
Owner’s Manual
If you don’t want to dig through your glove box to find your paper owner’s manual, you can find anything you want to know about your GMC in the myGMC app. Open the “Owner’s Manual” tab for quick access to user guides and other vehicle information. Some vehicles also have a “How Things Work/Watch and Learn” feature with short instructional videos.
