Not a happy customer. I have been taking my car to this dealership for 6 years. Always had a pleasant experience. My last visit was not as good. I was in for inspection and they came and told me my hood release handle was broken. I just opened my hood the night before my appointment to detail the engine and had no problems. The next day when they opened the hood to do an oil change they say it was broken. I am certain it was broken by them. They also said my left rear shock was bad even though it only has 6k miles. Because of the hood release handle I felt like I was being told a story to get me to spend $1800 on new rear shocks.
