Your billing is difficult to understand. Although it was correct , it is not clear when changes on the itemized sheet doesnāt add up to the billing page. Also āshop charge ā and ā other chargesā is ridiculous. Just incorporate those charges into your already high service prices. I use your service dept to get get the best for my vehicles and I realize it will be costly.ā Shop charge āfor replacing a fob & cutting a key? Please raise the price and stop the additional charges. You are not fooling anyone and seems dishonest. I believe it is also possible, that in my 2016 equinox when you changed my oil, the technician may have after reattaching the filter and replacing the plug and resetting electronic monitoring system forgot to replace the oil that was drained. My vehicle was damaged and I had to replace it. I never had an oil leak. There was never an engine light came on or check oil light, there was never a smell of oil burning, but when I returned for a different issue, I was told my engine had a damage due to lack of oil. Canāt prove anything, but this seems very suspicious. My vehicles are always maintained by your service department. Something Was done incorrectly to my 2016 equinox. I like Chevrolet vehicles, service over the years has been less than perfect. I have had unreported scratches on another vehicle caused by an employee that hit a retaining wall in my driveway while returning the vehicle from service. REALLY! Check your records. If I had a convenient alternative Chevy dealer I would consider changing dealerships.
