He is a graduate of ED White High School and a student at Nicholls State University. He is a still a huge supporter of both schools. Jed is married to his beautiful wife Tina and together they have 3 amazing children, Candace, Nicole & Caleb and one also amazing granddaughter Abby. Jed enjoys attending Nicholls and LSU football and baseball games. He is in several civic organizations and a member of St. Joseph Co. Cathedral community in Thibodaux. Hi, my name is Dwayne Chassion, I have been a member of the Barker Buick GMC Family since February of 2007. I have been happily married to my beautiful wife, Tammy Foret Chassion from Raceland, for 34 years and Non-Denominational Christians for 33 of those years. We have 2 sons, Jon-Erik and Derek, both are living in Florida. Derek is married to Kimberly Flores of Coleman, Texas. They have blessed us with two beautiful granddaughters Caroline and Charlotte (Being a Grandparent is Fantastic). Jon-Erik is engaged, to Kimberly Lunquist of Homestead, Florida, they are busy planning their 2019 wedding. Both my sons and I graduated from H.L. Bourgeois, (GO BRAVES!!), while my wife graduated from Central Lafourche (GO Trojans!!). Most of my free time is spent with my wife but my true passion is sports, whether it’s football, softball, baseball, basketball or ball room dancing, I am a true sports fanatic. Hi guys, I'd like to just take a moment and let you know a little about me. I was born and raised in Houma, LA where I quickly fell in love with the outdoors hunting and fishing my entire life. When I was in the Army I was living in Virginia and just couldn't wait to get back to the land and people I have come to love in south Louisiana. I worked in the oil and gas industry for 11 years while starting on a petroleum engineering degree. Like many others I fell victim to the downturn and had to stop school. I was given a great opportunity with Barker GMC in sales and haven't looked back. I enjoy meeting new people and helping however I can.
