As far as engine options go, the Sierra 1500 gives you plenty of choices. To begin with, there’s a 4.3-liter V6 engine that delivers 285 hp and 305 lb-ft of torque. This engine comes paired to a six-speed automatic transmission and is offered with the base trim level. For the SLE trim, you receive a 2.7-liter four-cylinder engine that makes 310 hp and 348 lb-ft of torque. Lastly, the SLT, AT4, and Denali trims gets you a 5.3-liter V8 engine that puts out 355 hp and 383 lb-ft of torque.
The base trim gets you a six-speaker sound system, Apple CarPlay™, a 7-inch touchscreen, a rearview camera, Android Auto™, automatic xenon headlamps, 17-inch steel wheels, cruise control, USB connectivity, power locks, and more.
The SLE comes with a damped tailgate, 17-inch alloy wheels, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.
The Elevation provides LED fog lights, 20-inch black alloy wheels, and body-colored exterior trim.
The AT4 gains skid plates, Rancho shock absorbers, all-terrain tires, a two-speed transfer case, and other off-road features.
The 2019 Ford F-150
The 2019 Ford F-150 offers six unique trim levels: XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, and Limited. On top of that, there’s an off-road oriented Raptor trim you can choose.
The King Ranch offers Western-styling elements, LED fog lights, an 11-speaker stereo, a heated steering wheel, a navigation system, HD radio, and LED headlights.
The Raptor provides off-road features such as skid plates, Fox shocks, off-road tires, a reinforced frame, flared fenders, and more.

The XLT receives alloy wheels, Apple CarPlay™, an 8-inch touchscreen, FordPass Wi-Fi connectivity, Android Auto™, fog lights, driver and passenger seat lumbar adjustments, chrome bumpers, rear privacy glass, a keypad entry system, and more.
The Lariat gains ventilated seats, 18-inch wheels, driver-seat memory settings, dual-zone automatic climate control, keyless entry and ignition, leather upholstery, a trailer hitch, and more.
The Platinum adds unique interior trim and power-deployable running boards.
The Limited gets you upgraded leather upholstery.
