The 2019 Ford Explorer is available in five separate trim levels: base, XLT, Limited, Sport, and Platinum. When it comes to engine options, you receive a non-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 that generates 290 hp and 255 lb-ft of torque. However, drivers can choose a 2.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that delivers 280 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque as an option.
