Overall I was not pleased with the service at all, bad customer service. Took 36 hrs to have an answer for a vehicle that is brand new and has all coverages, even I had setup a service scheduled. Still didn’t get resolved the issue in timely manner. Disappointed

On 10/24/23 you were towed in on an emergency with an engine light on. About one and one half days later your vehicle was in the shop being worked on. I brought my car it to get diagnosed for a problem all they did was put 2 tires on and change a tie rod. I don't even think my vehicle was test driven. Maybe around the block. I need to bring it back again. Horrible diagnosis.
