Me and my wife had recently got into an accident and were in the market for a new vehicle, and after looking at multiple dealerships, we decide on Bergstrom because of the customer service provided as well as their protection packages.

Everybody was very nice and helpful

It took us four hours for them to tell us they had no idea what is wrong. It took them an hour to simply give my car a wash! Plus, the wash was terrible.

We worked with David James and he did an amazing job! Went in looking for. Used Tahoe and he made our numbers work for a NEW 2024 Tahoe RST. He was great, we’ve always purchased from Bergstrom but this was top notch service. We visited the Green Bay store on Friday prior to coming to Appleton and it was cold and looked at the vehicle in the cold and gentlemen was willing to take the time because I wasn’t ready to pull the trigger. Davis in the other hand pulled the vehicle into the bay, where we were able to look at it and ask questions in comfort and wasn’t freezing. He was a pleasure to work with and did such a great job!

good service in and out in less than 30 minutes

They tried to over charge me for a simple fix.

I brought my truck in for a recall software update. Wes and the crew were great and took care of my service fast while I waited.

Service was fine. Customer service rep who made the appointment should have told us it was at the express facility not the true repair facility. And it seems every time I service my truck no matter where it is done, something else comes up in need of repair. This time it was my tire sensor. Really!!! It wasn’t a problem when I brought it in!!!! What exactly was touched that it all of a sudden is broken!!! Seems strange to me!!!

They did a good job and my car was done in the time they said it would.

Bill did not have the truck I was looking for in the Bergstrom lot, So Bill reached out to a different dealership and found me the truck I was looking for. Bill Tusler gets an A+ for getting the truck I wanted.

Fast and friendly

Came in to get my front left tire fixed, which was done well. However it was claimed a full inspection was done and nothing further was found that needed fixing. My boyfriend inspected my car afterwards as the steering felt jerky and he found a leak in the hose for the power steering fluid, which was also not refilled despite my request at my appointment.

Cody was my salesman and he did an amazing job. Answered all of my questions. And even reached out after the purchase to double check to see if he could help with anything else. He did great. I will definitely recommend you to friends and family! Thanks again.

Customer Service side has been great, but I'm over $4,000 and two separate appointments into trying to get my heat fixed and it's still no better.
