Confirmed Service Customer
The tailgate problem is the same as the lower switch it flickers and unlocked by itself. I was told they only replaced the bottom switch while I was there another customer was getting the same switch. Replaced the top one on his tailgate. I believe there is an issue I do not think I should have paid for it. I think it should���ve been under warranty, Ray Locy 920-428-1689

Purchased tires. Was never told these particular tires have white walls. Was never asked if we wanted the white walls facing in or out. Again, we didn't give a preference because we were never asked. When we went to pick up vehicle the ugly white walls were facing out. Now they are making US pay extra to reverse it. This should be asked of the customer when purchasing.....disappointed to say the least.

I made appt online for oil change. Arrived at QuikLube door and was greeted by an employee outside of the garage door. She checked me in and directed me to the guest waiting area. Oil change was completed promptly and communication was good.
