Very kind and friendly staff and the guys in the service department were able to explain in detail what was wrong with my truck and what would be needed to fix it. I love the transparency and honesty and will continue to have my truck serviced with Bergstrom!

Erik made our new GMC purchase seamless. He had everything ready for us and it was incredibly fast, which is exactly what we needed.

Brought vehicle in for check engine light picked up 3 days later drove 30 miles light came back on

Did not tell me my service was going to take more than one day until I called and asked. Did not arrive on time for my ride. Did not complete the oil change as I requested.
