It all started with the sales person, Erik Wright, who was so professional and not aggressive at all in the sale of the vehicle or the accessories we ord'd. He saw to it that all was done to our liking and he is by far the best sales person we have ever dealt with. We had bought a vehicle from him previously and had the same experience. Very poor things were done that I didn’t ask for I will not be going back ever again nor will my wife and I ever buy a vehicle through Bergstrom again

I Stopped for an oil change. During the process the tech came out and showed me my air filter. The filter had debris and what looked like pine needles on it. The tech asked if I wanted it replaced. I told them I have a new one at home and I will replace when I get home. When I got home home I pulled the filter and noticed the debris that she showed me was on the bottom of the filter box and had not been removed. If I was doing a filter check for a customer I would have blown off the filter and removed anything that was on it. it seems like this was sour grapes because I did not buy a filter. When you are on a fixed income you try to reduce costs where ever you can. Filters are an easy way for me to save a few bucks when they are needed. This is the first time that I can say that I was disappointed with Bergstroms service. At this point I am not sure if I will be back.

The way the service order was written, the service tech worked on the wrong camera. The service writer (Gabe Zuniga) was extermely smug, didmissive and clearly not very knowledgeable. The service tech was very patient, informitive and proffesional.

Disappointed....Dropped truck off day before my appointment. Appointment was for 10 a.m. Tech diagnosed issue by 11:00, a part needed to be ordered, part was to show up the next day. Service advisor suggested a couple other things that were recommended to be done. I wanted (1) of those done. Service advisor said I could pick the truck up that evening with the intention of bringing the truck back the next day to install a relay. They never performed the injection flush when the truck was there for the remainder of that day, which i thought was going to happen. It did not happen. Tech was only there till 4 the next day, so I had to leave work early to get there before he was done so he could install the new relay. Got there at 3..., took them an hour and 15 minutes to install a relay....really....and I got charged the full hour for them to unplug and plug in a new relay. Probably the last time I visit a Bergstrom dealership for service. Ridiculous.
