2018 Chevy Trax Driver Assistance Features
Solid protection in the event of a collision will give you peace of mind during your drive, but all the
Chevy Trax trim levels have lots of driver assistance features to help prevent an accident before it occurs.
You’ll get all-around awareness from technology like a Lane Departure Warning that alerts you if you’ve started to drift out of your lane, or the Side Blind Zone Alert to tell you when the coast is clear to change lanes safely.
There’s also a Forward Collision Alert watching out for you in front. It monitors your distance from the vehicle ahead of you and starts beeping if you get too close.
You get equal coverage behind you, too. When you’re backing up, you’ll be able to see what’s directly behind you by looking at your dashboard monitor thanks to the Rear Vision Camera. Before vehicles cross its path, your Rear Cross Traffic Alert uses radar in the side of your bumper to sense incoming traffic. The Rear Park Assist feature uses these same sensors to help guide you safely into parking spots.
