Confirmed Service Customer
This is the second used vehicle that I have purchased here. My last, a Hyundai, was constantly in need of repair (mostly after it had “been repaired” for the same things previously…yes, at your shop) and ultimately I was forced to trade it in. Now this one seems to be more of the same. Sadly, compassion and willingness to help solve issues with an automobile that was purchased from you is not something that seems to be an option. Truly unfortunate. I had been told over the years, by a family member, how great this place is and “they’ll take care of us”. I’ve found this to not be the case and will definitely not be a return customer.
